Outpatient recovery support for men and women, offered only at our Grundy County, Tennessee campus. Build recovery skills, find support, and move forward while continuing to live at home.

IOP is designed for men and women ages 18 and older who need more support than weekly counseling without 24-hour residential care. It may be a next step after a residential program, or an option for people balancing recovery with work, school, or family.
RSM’s team includes three Licensed Professional Counselors, along with addiction counseling and peer recovery support staff. Our team can explain who will provide your IOP services and help you understand whether the program is a fit.

The program includes 36 group sessions over 12 weeks, with individual therapy available as needed and a treatment plan shaped around your goals.
Strengthen connection
Develop healthy boundaries and relationships through counseling, peer support, and family engagement.

Work with the team to identify barriers to recovery, including housing, transportation, and employment needs.
